Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµl Institute (TSI) offers a wide range of training opportunities for early childhood educators which include options for both live-virtual training and self-paced eLearning. We offer more than 100 titles of online, on-demand courses that meet the unique professional development requirements of educators wherever they are.

Our exclusive TSI courses stand out because they translate evidence-based theory into effective practice, using antiracist pedagogy and diversity-informed practice. Our subject matter experts know the early childhood field inside out. They design high-quality content to equitably meet the diverse needs of the early childhood workforce.

Since our eLearning courses are available on-demand, they are easily digestible and do not have to be completed in one sitting. Most eLearning courses come with IACET CEU credit included.

For child care providers in Minnesota, we offer in-person and live, online instructor-led trainings in partnership with Child Care Aware of Minnesota, funded through Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families. In-person trainings are provided at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµl and locations across the seven-county Twin Cities metro area. Live, online instructor-led trainings are facilitated on our Learning Center platform. Trainings are available in English, Hmong, Somali, and Spanish.Ìý
